Entrepreneur's energy, operator's discipline. This is how a kid who loved brands became the CEO who builds them, alongside the person who taught him the business: his dad.
The man himself
From a young age I got to work with incredible brands and learn from high-level mentors. Over more than a decade I managed teams, developed marketing strategies, and saw firsthand what strong branding and a serious digital presence can do for a company.
Today I lead CrowdBoost Marketing with the personal attention of a boutique agency and the firepower of a much larger firm. My job is translating complex marketing challenges into clear, executable plans. It is the reason clients stay year after year.
Business school at Arizona State sharpened the instincts. But the real education was already underway: working with major brands early and learning from mentors who operated at the highest level.
Years of marketing and promotions work on both sides of the landscape: scrappy small businesses and big corporate machines. Traditional media, experiential activations, digital strategy, performance analytics. All of it.
When COVID hit, businesses needed a trusted partner more than ever. That was the moment. CrowdBoost Marketing launched to be exactly that, and it has not slowed down since.
CrowdBoost merged with Intouch Business, the agency built by my father Julian Aston. Two generations, one team, and a client roster spanning local shops to Marriott and major banks.
Voted Burbank's Best Marketing Agency in 2025 and rated among California's top digital marketing agencies. Awards follow the work, and the work never stopped.
Client relations, team leadership, R&D, selling, speaking, teaching at USC, and hosting three events a month. Voted Burbank's Best Marketing Agency in 2025. The mission stays the same: make businesses impossible to ignore.
The family business, literally
I co-own the company with my dad, Julian Aston. He is the President, I am the CEO, and between us there are decades of marketing scars, wins, and stories. His resume alone includes American Express, Pepsi, Bank of America, and Kellogg's. Working with family is not for everyone. For us, it is the unfair advantage.
Complex challenges deserve clear, executable plans. If your marketer cannot explain the strategy simply, there is no strategy.
I have been at the front of AI-powered marketing since before it was a buzzword. Use it for speed and scale. Keep the humanity.
